Carol H Gilbert Consulting has been in business since 2005. The leading force behind the company is its namesake Carol H Gilbert. Carol created the company after a successful career in School Food Service to meet the unique needs of School Nutrition Programs. Carol and her team have grown Carol H Gilbert Consulting to the nationally recognized consulting company that it is today. Carol H Gilbert Consulting offers to School Nutrition Departments and anyone on any level of the Food Industry from one-person food trucks to large restaurant franchises, as well as food corporations looking to market to schools, all the while maintaining its roots in the School Nutrition Program.
