Carol H Gilbert Consulting is currently holding in-person classes. Class sizes are limited, and the use of a face covering is required during the class. Some activities have been eliminated or modified to avoid contact and extended interaction with other students. We are taking reservations for on-site classes. If you have several people in need of certification, please contact us for additional information.

Class Cancellation Policy

If there is a cancellation or change... Information regarding the class status will be posted no later than 6:30 am on the day of your class. Keep your eyes open for a pop up across the top of our website for any closings or cancellations.

Delays and Closings

• If there is a state of emergency, or roads are closed by the Department of Transportation, class will be cancelled.
• If the training location is closed, class will be cancelled.
• If schools or the training location is delayed, ServSafe® class will go on as scheduled with a 1-hour delay.
• The office is open Monday through Friday 8:30pm-4:00pm. We do not have weekend hours but will check voicemails as necessary. Please call 717.229.6619.

 

*If there is no official closing but you are not able to make it to a training, a $50 fee will be charged for those who do not notify our office within 1 business day (Monday – Friday) of the class. The fee must be paid prior to taking the class.
