Carol Gilbert


Carol has over 40 years experience in the food service industry including public and private schools. She has cultivated her genuine love for educating and improving food service operations by offering consulting services and training programs for food service professionals. Along with her team of skilled trainers, she aims to meet and exceed client goals and provide clients with the most affordable and comprehensive services available today.

Donald Gilbert

VICE PRESIDENT and director of special projects

Don grew up on a dairy farm in western NY. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cornell University and worked in the farm equipment industry for over 38 years. Don’s skills in training and developing presentations assist the team with program development.

Christi brings over 35 years of food service expertise in the areas of produce management and sales, school food service operations, and senior residential dining. These experiences help her match customer needs with the most beneficial services for your organization. Christi’s warm, energetic, and vivacious style will envelop your employees with a comprehensive picture of customer service, team building, and leadership.

Kelly Diller

Office Manager and Food Safety Trainer

Kelly’s focus has been business management throughout her career. She brings strong organizational and time management skills to the Carol H Gilbert Office and shares those skills in her training. Kelly has a fun, light-hearted approach to the serious topic of food safety.

Diane Dowling

CONSULTANT and Trainer

Diane brings over 30 years of food service experience to our team. A graduate of Drexel University she holds a BS in Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. Her experience as a School Food Service Director and nutritionist bring added expertise and skills in USDA meal compliance.
